How to Measure Your Size for a Custom Hanbok

To ensure the perfect fit for your custom-made Hanbok, please follow this simple measurement guide. All measurements should be taken in centimeters (cm). When measuring, please keep the tape measure comfortable—not too tight and not too loose.

1. Height (身長)

Measure standing upright from the top of your head to the floor.

2. Around Top Bust (トップバスト / 脇の下一周)

Measure horizontally around the highest point of your bust, running directly under the arms.

Tip: If you prefer a smoother fit, we recommend taking measurements while wearing the undergarments you plan to wear with the Hanbok, or slightly flattening the bust.

3. Sleeve Length (袖丈)

Tilt your head slightly forward to find the prominent bone at the base of your neck. Measure from that bone, down along your shoulder and arm, to about 3 cm below your wrist joint.

4. Dress Length / Full Length (着丈)

From the same prominent bone at the base of your neck, measure straight down to the floor.

5. Around Neck (首回り)

Measure around your neck, starting from approximately 5 cm above the prominent back neck bone.

6. Around Under-arm / Armhole (脇回り)

Measure vertically around your shoulder and underarm in a complete loop.

7. Heel Height (ヒール高さ)

Please provide the exact heel height of the shoes you plan to wear on the day of your event.
